Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Loyalty Program Marketing Coordinator to join our client, a leading organization in the UAE offering an innovative, lifestyle-focused loyalty program that rewards users instantly across restaurants, retail, entertainment, and more.
The Loyalty Program Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the brand, supporting customer acquisition and engagement campaigns, and working closely with partners and creative agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
This role has a contract duration of 12 months with strong potential of being renewed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the programs brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns are consistent, high quality, and visually appealing.
- Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to keep customers engaged throughout their lifecycle from acquisition to retention with personalized, data-driven initiatives.
- Customer Acquisition: Support creative and innovative campaigns to attract new users, working closely with agencies to design compelling visuals and content.
- Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with partners (restaurants, retail, entertainment, etc.) to roll out co-branded campaigns, ensuring alignment between brand guidelines.
- Campaign Coordination: Act as the main liaison with creative agencies, providing briefs, overseeing production, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets and app updates.
- Program Analysis: Review performance metrics to track success, identify areas for improvement, and recommend creative or strategic adjustments.
- Creative Collaboration: Lead creative sessions and support the rollout of fresh, engaging content that strengthens brand and partner relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in branding, loyalty programs, or customer engagement.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential to effectively communicate with agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics and customer data.
- Familiarity with creative development processes and working with external agencies.
- A strong creative eye and ability to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
