Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will manage client inquiries, assist in property viewings, negotiate deals, and offer personalized consulting services tailored to luxury property needs.Responsibilities include staying updated on market trends, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining long-term client relationships to achieve sales targets in the dynamic real estate market.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with an understanding of property market dynamics and industry trends
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and provide personalized guidance to clients
- Experience in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals effectively
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a competitive on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of Dubai's property market and prior experience in luxury real estate is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai Real estate.
- Fresh leads (Market campaign and website leads)
- Strong marketing and management support
- Strong connections with all the developers
- Timely disbursement of commissions
