Property Manager

A Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring timely rent collection, property maintenance, and tenant communications.
• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance staff, ensuring tasks is completed efficiently.
• Ensure all properties comply with real estate laws and regulations.
• Resolve tenant complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs and upgrades as needed.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Negotiate and finalize lease terms, ensuring they are in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, leasing agents, and administrative staff.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Foster a positive and efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding property management, fair housing regulations, and tenant rights.
• Handle legal issues related to tenant evictions, lease violations, and other property-related disputes in collaboration with legal counsel when needed.
