Sales Operations and Marketing Coordinator

• Provide business, marketing, and administrative support to your colleagues
• Actively generate, process, and qualify leads to filter out valid sales opportunities
• Prepare data – hot leads, renewals, compliance cases for the rest of the team
• Maintain data in internal CRM (Zoho) and IDEA StatiCa Partner portal (Salesforce)
• Follow-up on collection
• Prepare marketing materials, videos, visuals, and other content
• Post content updates regularly to the company website and social media platforms
• Prepare and send engaging e-mailings to prospects and customers
• Grow and maintain the mailing database
• Solve basic license issues directly with IDEA StatiCa users (activation, reactivation, etc.)
• Organize customer events

• University degree or possibly a student in their last year
• Proven hands-on experience in executing marketing activities such as campaign creation, copywriting, e-mail marketing, visual content creation. Marketing automation skill is an advantage
• Knowledge of CMS tools (WordPress), CRM (Zoho), visual tools (Canva), Google Analytics and any AI content/website generators is an advantage
• Excellent oral and written English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm to drive sales via marketing-related activities
