Job Purpose

The Planner, Integrity is responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking integrity-related activities for pressure pumping assets and equipment. The role supports the effective execution of inspection, maintenance, testing, and certification programs to ensure asset integrity, operational reliability, and compliance with ADNOC Drilling standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain integrity planning schedules for pressure pumping equipment, tools, and assets, including inspections, testing, and certifications.
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, HSE, and integrity/engineering teams to ensure timely execution of planned integrity activities.
  • Track integrity-related work orders, inspection findings, and corrective actions within ERP/CMMS systems (e.g. SAP).
  • Monitor compliance with ADNOC Drilling integrity standards, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support integrity risk assessments by maintaining accurate records of asset condition, inspection history, and overdue activities.
  • Prepare integrity planning reports, dashboards, and status updates for management review.
  • Identify planning gaps, schedule conflicts, or execution delays and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Support audits, assurance activities, and data requests related to asset integrity and compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to integrity planning processes, data quality, and coordination effectiveness.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Asset Integrity, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in planning, integrity, maintenance, or asset management roles, preferably within oilfield services or energy operations.
  • Experience supporting integrity programs for equipment such as pumps, pressure vessels, hoses, iron, or rotating equipment is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/CMMS systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to field operations, maintenance planning, or HSE-integrated environments is an advantage.
