Service Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Work over forklifts, excavators, aerial work platforms (AWP), and other construction equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery.
• Provide field service support at customer sites when required.
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment and machinery efficiently.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and reduce breakdowns.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers as well as internal teams.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members regarding service updates and technical issues.
• Document all service activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Other tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Proven experience in a technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.
• Valid driver's license.
