- Work across in-house, off-plan, and secondary markets or specialize as you choose
- Manage warm, qualified leads provided internally
- Build and maintain relationships with HNW investors (B2C)
- Develop a strong network of partner agencies to expand your pipeline (B2B)
- Advise clients on market insights, investments, and opportunities
- Collaborate with our internal teams to provide a seamless client journey
- Leverage marketing and media support to grow your personal brand
- Achieve and exceed performance KPIs consistently
- Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of strong sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan preferred)
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent closing skills and relationship-building abilities
- Confident using tech tools and social platforms
- Driven, ambitious, and ready to grow in all areas of real estate
- AED 30,000–60,000 OTE per month
