The Role
We are hiring a driven, ambitious, and high-potential Operations Manager who wants to grow into a future leadership role.
You will be mentored directly by our founder & CEO a seasoned, award-winning entrepreneur and trained to own and scale Neovaras operational delivery. This is not a 9-to-5 role: you will be expected to put in 6070+ hours per week in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of day-to-day operations: client delivery, SLAs, onboarding, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with the tech/data team to shape the tools, dashboards, and processes needed to deliver at scale.
- Ensure flawless client management: manage expectations, resolve escalations, and keep clients engaged and satisfied.
- Build and optimise processes, SOPs, and workflows that allow Neovara to scale globally.
- Partner directly with the CEO on operational strategy, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Drive a culture of excellence and accountability within the operations team.
- 35 years of experience in operations, consulting, client delivery, or data/tech-enabled roles.
- High intellectual horsepower you learn fast, solve problems creatively, and think like an entrepreneur.
- Strong tech literacy and comfort working with data, KPIs, and digital tools.
- Exceptional organisation, communication, and client management skills.
- Willingness to work intense hours (6070+/week) in a high-growth startup environment.
