Technical Engineer - Theming / Theme Park

Job Description

• Review and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty theming drawings to ensure design integration and constructability.
• Prepare, review, and manage shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, specialist subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support design development activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Monitor drawing revisions and maintain document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with site teams to provide technical support during installation and execution phases.
• Assist in identifying value engineering opportunities and technical improvements.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and Construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Technical Department of a main contracting company.
• Previous experience on theming, entertainment, or theme park projects is essential.GCC/UAE construction experience is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software.
• Ability to interpret and coordinate construction drawings, project specifications, and contract requirements.
