Operations Manager
Job Description
Were a growing company in the financial services sector, operating several proprietary trading firms, CFD brokerages, and managing our own CRM system, TradeBrix, used both internally and by external partners. As we expand our operations, we&aposre looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our business units, drive process improvements, and support continued growth.
This role is based in Dubai, with the option to work fully remotely (preferably from Lebanon or the UK).
About the role
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in aligning operational performance with business strategy across our trading, brokerage, and technology divisions. Youll lead and develop cross-functional teams across locations, ensure seamless communication between departments, and optimize workflows to support both scalability and profitability.You will also oversee reporting, process automation, and service quality, while ensuring the company remains agile and cost-efficient.
You will report directly to Group Management and work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including sales, finance, compliance, product, and technology.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily operations across brokerage, prop trading, and tech divisions, including new product rollouts
- Lead and mentor back office, middle office, and IT teams across multiple offices and remote setups
- Ensure smooth communication between operations and sales, support, marketing, compliance, and finance teams
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale operational processes while reducing costs and improving service quality
- Establish and track KPIs, deliver regular performance and financial reports to senior management
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects and new service implementations
- Oversee daily and monthly reporting on revenue, expenses, and profitability across departments
- Resolve complex business or customer issues quickly and effectively, and develop clear protocols to prevent future escalations
- Coordinate with service providers (e.g. IT, trading platform vendors, tech partners) for ongoing system support and development
- Solid experience in a similar operational role
- Proven industry knowledge in CFDs, brokerage, trading, or fintech
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of systems and tools commonly used in brokerage and trading environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A doer and problem-solver who enjoys building structure, solving complex challenges, and driving change
