Responsibilities- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the hotel's brand positioning.
- Lead all marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, social media, e-commerce, content creation, and offline promotions.
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, F&B, and Operations teams to create integrated campaigns that support key business segments.
- Oversee the hotel's online presence including website, OTA content, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and optimization.
- Manage media relations, press releases, and influencer partnerships to enhance PR efforts and positive media coverage.
- Analyze market trends, guest insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Supervise and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Monitor and report on the ROI of all marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, results-driven, and highly organized with strong analytical abilities.
