Miral Experiences is home to some of the worlds most iconic leisure and entertainment destinations, and were looking for a Financial Assistant Manager to support our Senior Manager Financial Reporting and play a key role in driving financial insights across all of our operating parks.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Consolidate annual park budgets (revenues, costs, capex) and support in preparing executive presentations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; provide commentary and analysis on park performance.
- Cash Flow Monitoring: Assist with weekly cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement BI dashboards and custom financial reports.
- OneStream Implementation: Be a key finance representative in the implementation of OneStream as our enterprise budgeting tool, working closely with IT and other stakeholders.
- Insurance & Cost Allocations: Support the annual insurance renewal process and ensure shared service allocations align with budget assumptions.
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, CMA, ACCA).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a large/multi-site operation.
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills (Oracle preferred).
- Clear communicator, collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Desirable:
- Experience in Big Four audit firms.
- Project Management and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt).
- Exposure to OneStream or similar BI/FP&A tools.
