Currently we are hiring for below role:
Architectural Inspector
Location: Abu Dhabi SiteIndustry: Exp with villas, hosptality, residential
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Monitor and inspect on-site architectural works to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance✔ Liaise daily with engineers, contractors, and project managers
✔ Review and verify shop drawings, submittals, and inspection requests
✔ Flag issues, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are followed
✔ Track progress, maintain detailed site records, and report to project leads
✔ Champion HSE protocols and contribute to safety culture
✔ Help expedite approvals, permits, and coordination across stakeholders
What You Bring:
- Diploma in Engineering (Degree preferred for future progression)
- 5 years total experience
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, codes, and QA/QC
- Experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
- Bonus Points for:
✅ Knowledge of local authority procedures and NOC processes
✅ Experience in horizontal developments and hospitality projects
