We are looking for a Junior Sales cum Recruiter to work with leading Real Estate Brokers in Dubai!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales cum Recruiter who will be responsible for generating property sales while actively recruiting real estate agents through both indoor and outdoor activities. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and achieve sales targets for residential and commercial properties
• Conduct recruitment and sales meetings (both indoor & outdoor)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively

Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit real estate brokers/agents through outdoor fieldwork, including visits to competitor offices, events, and networking hubs
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Promote the company as an employer of choice in the market

Outdoor Activities Include:

• Visiting real estate offices to attract experienced agents
• Attending property exhibitions, job fairs, and networking events
• Meeting potential candidates and clients across Dubai
• Field marketing and brand promotion activities

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome to apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven, commission-based environment
• Willingness to perform extensive outdoor fieldwork
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus
