Senior Planning Engineer - Immediate Joiners - Abu Dhabi

Job Description

About this role:

• Responsible for preparation of all documents of planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, for all the project works of the Company, covering.
• Planning/ scheduling inputs for potential projects and pre-award/post award including review of client / subcontractor issued planning documents.
• Planning, scheduling, progress monitoring of project works from engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation till overall/completion.
• Planning inputs for Company developments in terms of manpower Histograms, deployment schedule, etc.
• Update/ monitor schedule and report potential slippages and resource constraints to Project Manager.
• Following Company Quality and HSE system requirements and incorporating them in relevant documents prepared by him.
• Responsible for preparation of all documents of Cost control, cost Monitoring, for all the project works of the Company, covering.
• Establish a cost baseline for the project, monitor cost commitments, Expenditures, cost flow and accurately forecast the financial status during the life of a project.
• The cash flow is forecasted to reflect expenditure & remove for the duration of the project and shall be developed based on the project baseline estimate and revenue.
• The cash flow forecast is update on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Cost control and monitoring the continuous comparison of an actual with planned results and taking corrective actions for the variance as appropriate.
• Prepare monthly cost report and compare with physical progress and highlight the concern area.
• Interaction directly with project team on day-to-day basis on planning/ scheduling/ cost needs.
• Interaction with others for planning /cost inputs and for providing planning / cost control documents through Project Manager.
• Interaction with clients/ subcontractor through project teams and with suppliers through Project Managers as per requirement.
• Maintain healthy & safe environment at the workplace.

Information Security responsibilities:

• Comply with Basatin Information Security Policies
• Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
• Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
• Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
• Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
• Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
• Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering
• Min 5-7 years experience in relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing presentations, spreadsheets, and other supporting documents.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skill
• With Landscaping Industry Experience
