We are currently recruiting a Projects Advisor / Expert for a leading federal government entity in Dubai. This is a high-impact role focused on strategy execution, transformation initiatives, and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Transformation- Lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs
- Support leadership in executing key government strategies
- Align operations with strategic objectives and national priorities
- Oversee execution of complex programs and ensure delivery excellence
- Manage performance improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Engage with senior stakeholders across government and external partners
- Provide advisory support on strategic and operational matters
- Coordinate with multiple entities to drive project success
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and insights
- Track KPIs and performance indicators across initiatives
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Open to Emirati and Arab nationals
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation
- Strong exposure to government or large organizations
- Proven experience in managing complex programs or initiatives
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- PMP / PgMP or similar certifications are a strong advantage
