This position plays a vital role in ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service across various channels of communication.
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding them through our services with clarity and professionalism. You will manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries, ensuring every client receives timely assistance and a positive experience.Your ability to communicate effectively and handle client concerns with empathy and efficiency will directly impact the company's reputation for excellence in customer service.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining updated records of client interactions, following up on pending issues, and coordinating with internal departments to provide accurate information.
