Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in hospital or healthcare facility projects.
- Engineering Degree Holder.
- Strong background in construction project management, site execution, and coordination.
- Ability to manage contractors, consultants, and project timelines effectively.
- Language Requirement: Must be a Turkish speaker or European
- Experience working on large-scale hospital projects is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hospital construction activities from planning to completion.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulations.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
