Role Overview

This role oversees multiple UAE entities (both regulated and non-regulated) within the Group, managing comprehensive PRO, licensing, and immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience and the

ability to independently manage complex cases while liaising with government and regulatory authorities. Beyond execution, this role is expected to serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on regulatory and compliance

matters. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive and comfortable handling face-to-face liaison with vendors, counterparties, and government authorities as required.
  1. Key Responsibilities
  2. 1 Trade License & Regulatory License Management
  • Manage renewal and amendments of trade licenses across multiple entities
  • Handle regulatory licenses and system/portal updates
  • Maintain and renew Establishment Cards
  1. 2 Corporate Governance & Director Matters
  • Manage Directors Emirates ID and passport renewals
  • Support MOA amendments (e.g., director changes, notarization, regulatory submission)
  • Coordinate corporate changes and documentation with relevant authorities
  1. 3 Regulatory Liaison & Compliance Support
  • Liaise with UAE authorities including
  • CBUAE (Insurance), SCA, RTA, DMCC, and DED
  • Support regulatory audits, inspections, and follow-up actions
  • Handle regulatory queries, compliance requirements, and urgent matters
  1. 4 Visa & Immigration Management
  • Manage end-to-end employee visa processes (application, renewal, cancellation)
  • Handle entry permits, status changes, visa stamping, and Emirates ID
  • Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, and external service providers
  • Handle exceptions such as delays, overstay risks, and urgent cases
  1. 5 Advisory & Problem Solving
  • Provide clear, strategic, practical guidance and advice to internal stakeholders and management
  • Handle complex cases involving multiple authorities (e.g. CBUAE, SCA, RTA, DMCC, DED) and propose workable solutions
  • Take ownership of complex cases and escalations, driving resolution independently
  • Anticipate regulatory changes, risks, and operational challenges, and advise on appropriate actions
  • Act as the key point of reference for escalations and urgent matters
  • Proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
  • Ensure full compliance across all entities while balancing operational efficiency
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years UAE PRO experience
  • Strong knowledge of visa, MOHRE, immigration, and licensing processes
  • Experience liaising with government and regulatory authorities including SCA & CBUAE is a plus
  • Able to work independently and handle complex, multi-entity environments
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary Range: AED 8,000 – 9,000
