Role Description

Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of training activities and working closely with the off-site team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality, interactive training sessions.
• Provide ongoing group coaching sessions and support to participants.
• Track participant progress and provide feedback.
• Address learner questions and challenges in a timely and supportive manner.

• Maintain regular communication with the off-site project team to align on training goals, updates and challenges.
• Participate in online coordination meetings and share insights from the field.
• Act as a point of contact when engaging with clients, stakeholders and local partners on the ground.
• Be culturally sensitive and represent the intervention with clarity and professionalism.

• Document training outcomes and progress of participants, including feedback.
• Submit regular reports to the project team to inform quality assurance and project evaluation.
• Ensure all documentation is culturally-sensitive, well-structured, and fit for both internal and external audiences.

• Report timely adaptations needed to the off-site team.
• Ensure consistency and high quality across training delivery.
• Incorporate feedback received in a timely manner.
