Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized secretary/office manager to join the team in Abu Dhabi office. This is primarily a remote role, requiring in-office presence twice a week for meetings and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle emails, phone calls, and day-to-day communications.
- Organize and schedule meetings both remotely and on-site.
- Assist with tender documentation, including technical and commercial offers.
- Manage invoices and related administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain a stable workflow, adjusting to periods of higher or lower activity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a Secretary, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being available for in-office meetings twice a week.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
