Project Manager - Fit-out - Dubai

Our client a leading interior fit-out company with a strong track record of delivering high-quality commercial spaces across the UAE. Our expertise includes F&B outlets, retail stores within malls, and fully integrated MEP interiors, all executed through our dedicated in-house teams covering civil works, carpentry, and MEP.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in the F&B and retail fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing interior construction projects from start to finish ensuring excellence in execution, timely delivery, and alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from design handover and mobilization to project completion and final handover.
• Ensure all project phases are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations and company standards.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), ensuring seamless integration with civil and carpentry works.
• Collaborate closely with MEP engineers and supervisors to ensure compliance with local authority regulations, technical standards, and best practices.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring consistent updates, trust, and satisfaction.
• Attend client meetings, present project updates, and handle any technical or commercial discussions as needed.

• Supervise all in-house site teams (civil, carpentry, MEP), ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal productivity across multiple ongoing projects.
• Identify and resolve site-level challenges promptly to maintain workflow and progress.

• Prepare and maintain detailed and professional project documentation, including progress reports, dashboards, completion certificates, and handover documents.
• Track KPIs and project milestones using internal reporting tools and ensure all documentation is client-ready.

• Monitor and enforce strict quality control and site safety standards across all project sites.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, HSE requirements, and industry standards at all times.

Requirements:

• 35 years of hands-on experience managing interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams or subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency in preparing professional project reports.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (required).
