Overvie
wWe are supporting a business consulting firm undergoing growth and evolution across the product and digital space. This role is a replacement hire and will focus on transactional and operational recruitment activities while acting as a strategic talent partner to stakeholders
.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take end-to-end ownership of hiring processes and directly source talent across product and digital functions. The environment suits someone who is proactive, commercially aware, confident in stakeholder engagement, and motivated to grow with the business
- Key Responsibilitie
- sManage end-to-end recruitment processes across assigned role
- sDirectly source and engage candidates through multiple channel
- sBuild talent pipelines for product and digital-related position
- sPartner with stakeholders and hiring managers on recruitment requirement
- sProvide market insights and hiring recommendation
- sCoordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processe
- sSupport evolving hiring needs as the business expand
- sMaintain candidate engagement and stakeholder communication throughout the proces
- sWork closely with internal stakeholders and external consultant
