About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Arabic Speaking Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must already be based in the UAE or hold an active UAE visa to start immediately on a probation period.

This role focuses on driving business growth by expanding our client base, building partnerships, and promoting our digital products in both retail and wholesale markets. A passion for trading, forex, or crypto is highly desirable.

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients within the UAE and MENA region.
• Promote and sell companys digital products to both retail and wholesale clients.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners and customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
• Achieve monthly business development KPIs and revenue targets.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE or hold a valid active UAE visa (mandatory for probation).
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• 2+ years of proven experience in sales/business development of digital products (retail & wholesale).
• Experience or strong interest in trading, forex, or cryptocurrency.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
