Project Director (Contracting Company)

Job Description

Our client is a respected Main Contractor and part of a larger, well-capitalized group with a strong reputation for delivering landmark developments across the UAE. Their current portfolio includes high-rise towers, mixed-use communities, villas, townhouses, and lifestyle-driven retail and leisure assets.

The Project Director is responsible for the overall management of all aspects of a project with a focus on time, cost, and quality to ensure that the Projects are delivered to the highest possible standards.

The Project Director will be responsible for developing the project delivery strategy, which sets out the plan for project success, budgets, program and procurement strategy to ensure that each project has a defined plan and that the plans are implemented accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, compliance, and financial management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
