Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Software Developer - Emirati Talent to join our R&D team, contributing to the development of fintech solutions including digital platforms, analytics dashboards, and backend services. The role offers exposure to real-world banking and analytics use cases, with opportunities to grow into advanced development, presales, or implementation roles.
- Assist in developing web applications and analytics dashboards
- Support backend development using Python (Flask or similar frameworks)
- Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting and data processing
- Contribute to BI dashboards (e.g., Superset or similar tools)
- Perform testing, debugging, and code enhancements
- Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and version control processes
- Support deployment and basic production troubleshooting
- Collaborate with R&D, presales, and delivery teams when required
Qualifications
Qualifications:-- degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 0–2 years experience (internships/projects acceptable)
Skills:-
Required:
- Basic understanding of:
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Python (Flask or similar)
- SQL (Postgres/MySQL/MSSQL)
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Understanding of SDLC fundamentals
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
- Exposure to ReactJS / Angular
- Basic knowledge of BI tools or dashboards
- Awareness of Docker or containerization
- Interest in fintech, banking, or analytics
