About the Company:

HPS Aviation is an innovative aviation technology company developing advanced electric and hydrogen propulsion systems and futuristic flying platforms. Our first product, CROW, is the worlds first flying car powered by the Humming Propulsion System (HPS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEOs calendar and appointments.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing all required materials.
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Follow up on tasks and decisions with relevant departments.
  • Organize and oversee the CEOs office operations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: AED 10,000.
