Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Leader - 18 month contract

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Leader with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade BI platforms and performance management frameworks. In this role, you will transform fragmented and manual reporting processes into scalable, governed analytics solutions that support executive decision-making across Sales, Finance, and leadership teams.

You will play a key role in translating complex data into actionable insights to improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota planning, and overall business performance.

• Design and implement end-to-end BI platforms using SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS (Multidimensional & Tabular), SSRS, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Build scalable analytics ecosystems that replace manual reporting and provide a reliable single source of truth.
• Develop performance scorecards, KPI frameworks, and forecasting models to support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
• Deliver insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota planning, sales velocity, and revenue coverage models.
• Design OLAP cubes and semantic models that combine historical enterprise data with forward-looking forecasts to support trend analysis and scenario planning.
• Partner closely with Sales Excellence and Finance teams on quota planning, territory alignment, and forecast governance.

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Performance Management roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and Power BI.
• Proven experience building OLAP cubes, dashboards, and advanced analytical models.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into business insights for senior leadership.
