Director of Finance

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Cluster Director of Finance to oversee and lead the financial operations across a portfolio of properties within the cluster. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements, and providing commercial insights to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hospitality finance, multi-property oversight, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. The role requires a hands-on leader with strategic foresight and strong business acumen to guide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities, while supporting operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations across multiple properties within the cluster.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Executive Leadership to deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor performance against financial goals, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure timely financial submissions.
• Drive initiatives for cost control, revenue enhancement, and process improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the finance team across all properties.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CA, or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years experience in finance, with at least 35 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple business units or properties is essential.
