Early Years German Native Speakers | Early Childhood Teacher | Teach in Dubai

I am recruiting for a HIGH achieveing school in Dubai that is looking for Early Years teachers that are native speakers of Germa. This flagship school in Dubai is located about 30 minutes from the heart of Dubai and delivers the IB curriclum.

Students come from all around the world and there is a very international feel. The school follows the IB PYP curriculum to help students have a multilingual and multiculitural learning environment.

Students are encouraged to do work in teams so they increase their social skills and their cognitive skills. Students also take part in specialist classes for Music, PE and the Arts

Requirements to apply

**B.Ed in Early Childhood

**A valid teaching qualification e.g. PGCE/PGDE

**Fluent/Native German Speaker

**Western trained

**At least 2 years of full time teaching experience

**An excellent command of written and spoken English

**Adapatble to adjust teaching in the UE

**Tech-savvy and can use and IWB

**Up to date with modern pedadogy

**Teachers with IB experience are preferredTeach abroad opportunitiesEducational toys and gamesTeacher training programs

**IELTS level 7 is beneficial but not mandatory

Job Description

**Design, prepare and deliver high quality lessons in the French language to suit the individual needs of all students

**Create a teaching environment that stimulates the learning of French in the classroom

**Attend staff briefing and contribute when needed

**Inspire mixed culture and ability classes, by creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students

**Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that all learners can see success and improve

**Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge

**Communicate accurately and regularly with parents

**Liaise with the Head of Early Years and PYP Coordinator to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum to specified classes, including selecting resources and managing them efficiently in the classroom

**Contribute to the extra-curricular activities programme and participate in school activities such as assemblies, evening events, conferences

**Maintain constant awareness of the needs of any children to whom French is another language

**Attend department meetings

Qualification:
