Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Project Manager role based in Dubai. The Junior Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of adventure construction and destination development projects from initiation through delivery.Responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, tracking milestones, preparing status reports, and maintaining project documentation. The role will help coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely expediting of materials and services.
The Junior Project Manager will also support site inspections, logistics planning, risk and issue tracking, and adherence to quality, safety, and budget requirements.
Qualifications- Strong foundational Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience or familiarity working as an Expeditor or handling Expediting tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control procedures related to construction or infrastructure projects.
- Basic understanding of Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, site deliveries, and vendor communication.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, scheduling or task management software).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, and multicultural environment.
- Previous exposure to construction, hospitality, tourism, or destination development projects is a plus.
