Job Description

Corporate Communication and Social Media Specialist should have a strong background in corporate communication and marketing with a focus on digital marketing & public relations. Has the ability to plan and create social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Draft and edit corporate messaging, including press releases, executive communications, internal announcements, speeches, thought leadership articles, and Founder communications.
  2. Manage relationships with media contacts and PR agencies to secure relevant coverage and visibility in key industry publications.
  3. Monitor industry trends and media coverage, preparing regular reports and insights for seniors.
  4. Manage the company's presence across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  5. Analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  6. Monitor online conversations and engage with the community in a timely, professional manner.
  7. Coordinate communications for corporate events, press conference.
  8. Oversee the company's presence on professional and corporate social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, ensuring content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and strategic objectives.
  9. Create and manage high-quality content, including articles, infographics, short-form videos, and campaign messaging tailored to the professional audience.
  10. Manage all the social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in mass communications, Public Relations or Marketing.
  2. Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and social media management.
  3. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong command of business English.
  4. Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign), and content management systems.
  5. Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  6. Knowledge of digital marketing.
