We're Hiring for Our Client: Assistant CSR Manager - EMIRATI Talent

Overview:

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful social sustainability and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, planning, and implementation of CSR and sustainability strategies
• Assist in delivering community engagement and social impact programs across the UAE
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (government entities, NGOs, and community organizations)
• Ensure CSR initiatives align with corporate goals and UAE national agendas
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness and impact of CSR initiatives
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables for CSR projects
• Support the development of partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
• Contribute to CSR communications, campaigns, and internal awareness initiatives
• Stay updated on CSR trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG, or community-focused roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report impact
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools is a plus
