Contracts Manager (EPC/Power/Energy)

Employment: Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Contract Management to lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives. This is a senior-level position where you will manage contract creation, evaluation of variation orders, administration, renewals, performance monitoring, and closure.You will work closely with legal, finance, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of contract lifecycle from inception to closure.
- Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
- Coordinate with end-users, legal, and finance teams to handle claims, variations, and terminations.
- Monitor contract performance, manage renewals or terminations, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Identify risks in contract terms and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all contracts.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of contract management professionals.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the contract management function.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CPSM/CIPS preferred).
- Experience: 8–12 years of experience in contract management, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 4–6 years in a leadership role.
