Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Specialist & Administrator to manage and improve our company's IT infrastructure. The role involves planning, implementing, and supporting systems that ensure smooth and secure operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and maintain IT systems to meet business needs.
• Design and manage secure, scalable network infrastructure.
• Train and support employees on IT best practices.
• Implement and operate IT systems aligned with business functions.
• Research and apply new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on tech trends and recommend relevant solutions.
• Prepare regular IT reports for management.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Provide support for networks, servers, and devices.
• Offer hands-on help during system rollouts or emergencies.
• Ensure systems are secure, updated, and high-performing.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Familiarity with Cloud and On-Premise Telephony Systems.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Background in data integration/migration across platforms.
• Exposure to Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 24 years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
