Operations Graduate Trainee 2025
An internship at L'Oréal Middle East will allow you to gain a strong professional experience, learn and connect with the best in the industry! Come and join one of our operations teams for an 11-month assignment.
Principal Accountabilities:
You will be an integral part of one of our Operations teams to contribute to the synchronization of the data and projects management.- Working with big volumes of data that includes both validation and analysis
- Analyzing the existing gaps in the processes and working towards improving efficiency and reporting details within the team
- Familiarity with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SAP, and MS Office (Excel, Access...)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Priority and stakeholder management skills
- Coordination of tasks - structured approach for project planning
- Forecasting/business planning experience is a plus
- You must be in your final year or a fresh graduate (less than a year)
- You must be available for at least 6 months starting January 2025
