Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing overall construction and timely completion of interior projects assigned,
• Identifying work front, required labour count and managing a team of 3-4 Site supervisors to ensure the timely execution and quality of each project,
• Engaging with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of materials and execution on the client site also understanding their concerns and taking necessary actions
• Day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints,
• Ensure adequate labour and sub-contract resource is available on site utilising the agreed agency list
• Requisition of all materials, and overseeing the deliveries. Ensure they are done in adequate time, in line with the construction programme and procurement schedule,
• Ensuring management of any unforeseen delays,
• Plan and efficiently organise the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff,
• Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, health and safety legislation as well as quality standards,
• Ensuring flawless and regular documentation for the management and clients
• Reviewing project plans and specifications and working with building design schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems
• Assisting estimator in preparation of project budget

• Prior experience with leading design or design-build firms.
• Strong bias toward getting things done on-site, not just planning
• High sensitivity to finishes, detailing, and quality standards
• Can proactively identify risks and resolve on-ground issues quickly
• Maintains strong client trust and communication throughout project lifecycle
