Job Description

• Assisting the Marketing team in developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns and activations
• Assisting in the management of social media platforms in coordination with the agency
• Supporting innovation projects and coordinating product launches and relaunches
• Contributing to market share analysis, preparing reports, and supporting the development of action plans
• Coordinating the creation of artwork, campaign assets, and communication materials with agencies and internal teams
• Assisting in preparing performance updates and brand reports for the Eucerin team
• Conducting competitive analysis through research, tracking competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Digital, eCommerce, Shopper & Customer Marketing, Sales) to support best-in-class execution across touchpoints
• Staying up to date with industry trends and sharing insights to inspire new ideas

• Final year student in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical mindset with good Excel / data handling skills
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, and performance tracking
• Basic understanding of media metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Previous internship or exposure to marketing/agency environment is a plus
