Finance Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Monitor and manage day-to-day financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as needed.
• Support payroll processing and statutory payments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software, e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel].
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an asset.
• Experience in industry-specific experience, if relevant.
