Job description
Food & Beverage Supervisor
Are you passionate about guest interaction, food, and beverage? Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and lead efforts to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage operations.You will be a key player in shaping the guest experience and ensuring our F&B operations run smoothly.
What you will be doing:
- Team leadership: Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage team to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
- Supervision & delegation: Supervise daily operations, ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Quality control: Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food and visual appeal in every dish served.
- Customer experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Operational excellence: Assist in maintaining stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Compliance & safety: Ensure all safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
