Social Media Strategy
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.
  • Identify key social media platforms and channels suitable for our target audience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maximize social media effectiveness.
Content Creation
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including text, images, videos, and graphics for various social media platforms.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.
Community Management
  • Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Foster engagement with the audience by actively participating in discussions and conversations.
Social Advertising
  • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and marketing managers, to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Brand Awareness
  • Enhance brand visibility and awareness through social media initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
