At Preeminent Properties, we operate as a boutique real estate brokerage focused on high-value residential and investment transactions in Dubai. Our approach is selective, performance-driven, and built around delivering a high level of service to an international clientele.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-potential individual entering real estate for the first time. No prior experience in the industry is required — but the bar is the same. The ideal candidate combines hunger, exceptional communication, and the financial discipline to survive and perform in a commission-only environment.

There is no base salary. No lead pipeline. No safety net. Compensation is directly aligned to individual performance — and nothing else.

Key Responsibilities

Source, secure, and transact residential properties across key Dubai communities. Build and maintain relationships with private clients, investors, and market stakeholders. Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, and investment strategies. Conduct property presentations and private viewings with professionalism and precision.

Develop and execute tailored marketing approaches for listings. Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitive positioning. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions. Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and brokerage standards.

Requirements

Based in Dubai with a personal vehicle — if you don't have one, this is not the right moment. Minimum 6 months of personal savings — this market rewards the prepared and punishes everyone else. Proven performance in a previous field — sales, luxury retail, hospitality, finance, or sport.

Strong negotiation and closing capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent English; additional languages (European or other) are a strong advantage. Professional demeanor and client-facing presence. RERA certification — mandatory or in progress.

Preferred Profile

Background in premium sales, luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or any other field that reveals strong potential as a future leader in real estate. Existing network in Dubai — social, professional, or community-based. Fluent English is mandatory; any additional language is a plus.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach. If you are not ready to outwork everyone around you from day one — this is not the right place.
