Job Description

We're looking for a driven and experienced Sr. Social Media Account Manager to take ownership of a fast-paced, multi-brand account. This is an exciting opportunity to lead content-rich campaigns, manage high-profile client relationships, and work at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.

The ideal candidate has strong social media knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and a track record of leading successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple brands, delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through regular updates, proactive communication, and strategic counsel.
  • Work closely with the Account Director to align on strategic direction, scope, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, invoicing, and scope compliance.
  • Oversee monthly content calendars for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and platform trends.
  • Lead the development of creative briefs and provide direction to design, creative, and production teams.
  • Review and approve content (static, video, reels) to ensure quality, brand alignment, and creative excellence.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end content shoot process, including planning, logistics, and on-site supervision.
  • Attend key events, photo shoots, and activations to ensure brand representation and content relevance.
  • Lead integrated, social-first campaign development from briefing to final delivery.
  • Collaborate across departments (creative, media, PR, analytics, production) for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present proposals, timelines, and budgets to clients while managing revisions and feedback.
  • Oversee production timelines, cost control, quality standards, and vendor management.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing clear guidance, feedback, and support for professional growth.
  • Review all deliverables prepared by the team before client submission to ensure clarity, alignment, and accuracy.
  • Partner with the traffic/operations team to manage creative resource allocation and timeline adherence.
  • Serve as the final checkpoint for quality control across all client deliverables.
  • Liaise with the community management team to ensure timely posting, audience engagement, and client protocol adherence.
  • Oversee handling of DMs, comments, and queries, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Lead the monthly reporting process, reviewing performance metrics and extracting actionable insights.
  • Present data-driven recommendations and content optimizations to improve campaign results.

What You'll Bring:

  • 46 years of account management experience in a digital, creative, or social media agency.
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands simultaneously, ideally within the FMCG/F&B or retail sectors.
  • Strong command of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of visual and creative quality.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior staff.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced agency setting.
  • Willingness to travel locally for content shoots, client meetings, and brand activations as needed.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, production, and strategy teams.
