Business Development Specialist/Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing contracts, and expanding the client base for facility services such as maintenance, cleaning, and building management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new clients such as property developers, offices, malls, hospitals, and hotels.
• Promote facility management services like – cleaning services, MEP maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), building management and Pest Control.
• Prepare service proposals, tenders, and quotations.
• Meet clients, conduct site visits, and understand facility requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new deals.
• Maintain relationships with property managers and building owners.
• Work with operations teams to ensure service delivery after contract award.
• Track leads and sales pipeline using CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must possess Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years experience in Facilities Management Services and MEP / HVAC
• Strong negotiation and communication
• B2B sales experience
• Networking and relationship building
• Must have UAE driving license
