Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
A relevant Early Childhood Education qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ, or equivalent)
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
Montessori or Reggio Emilia training is an advantage
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Solid understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
Experience in creating engaging, child-centred activities and lesson plansOnline tutoring servicesTeacher recruitment services
Skills:
Passion for working with young children and creating a safe, nurturing learning environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to support children’s development

Responsibilities:
Provide a high standard of care and education to children aged 2-5 years
Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote curiosity and creativity
Assess and monitor children’s progress and development in a thoughtful, child-centred way
Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, maintaining open communication
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive guidance and interactions
Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that promotes exploration and playTeacher training programs
