About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Product Manager to join the resort's Product Development team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and operational priorities
- Translate business goals, service processes, and user requirements into clear product specifications and scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineering and IT teams across the product lifecycle, supporting agile delivery, system integrations, and platform dependencies
- Manage third-party vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, SLAs, issue resolution, and alignment with product roadmaps
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, technology teams, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and alignment
- Lead requirement-gathering initiatives through workshops and discovery sessions, converting insights into use cases, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables
- Drive a strong focus on user experience and operational efficiency, ensuring solutions are intuitive, effective, and scalable
- Establish KPIs, leverage data and insights, and continuously monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or related IT roles
- Experience with guest-facing and operational systems in hospitality, gaming, or similar environments preferred
- Proven experience delivering products in complex, multi-stakeholder, integrated environments
- Strong understanding of the product management lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
- Familiarity with enterprise hospitality platforms (PMS, POS, gaming systems)
- Knowledge of integrations, API's, and data workflows across enterprise systems
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Figma, and analytics platforms
