Maison Duffour is a Dubai-based gourmet e-commerce company, founded in 2016 and now a leading name in the UAE for high-quality fresh products: fine cheeses, charcuterie and deli goods. With a curated selection, top-rated customer service (Deliveroo 4.9 and Google 4.7/5), and 7-day delivery logistics, we've built a loyal and growing customer base.
We're now at a pivotal moment in our journey and we're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead the next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute our growth strategy (product launches, channels, new offers)
- Manage the operations team (order prep, logistics, customer support)
- Drive commercial development
- Lead digital marketing and product innovation efforts
- Improve customer experience and internal processes
- Report directly to the Board
Profile we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or food-related fields
- Ideally 10 years of experience in food distribution or specialty retail
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, strong leadership
- Service-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English required; French is a plus
