IT Application & Integration Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Application & Integration Specialist to manage enterprise applications, system integrations, and ensure seamless data flow across business platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API development, database management, and application support, along with the ability to work in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

• Manage and support enterprise IT applications and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Design, develop, and maintain system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions
• Automate workflows and streamline communication between internal systems
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime and reliability
• Install, configure, and test new software versions, modules, and enhancements
• Provide dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
• Manage and troubleshoot application databases (SQL / Oracle)
• Support internal IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and application enhancements
• Develop low-code/no-code applications using platforms such as Power Apps
• Provide user support and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with vendors for upgrades, patches, and system improvements
• Maintain documentation, reports, and system configurations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in application support, integration, or software development
• Strong programming skills in C#, Python, .NET
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle databases
• Experience in API development, system integration, and middleware
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps (preferred)
• Microsoft certifications (Developer / Database) are an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
