Spectrum Architects is seeking a visionary and experienced Master Planner to lead the development of transformative urban and regional planning projects. In this strategic role, you will shape innovative, sustainable master plans that define the future of cities and communities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and design of large-scale urban and mixed-use developments from concept through final documentation;Direct and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of architects, urban designers, engineers, and consultants;
Conduct land use analysis, spatial strategy development and regulatory assessments;
Engage with clients, public authorities and stakeholders to align planning vision with project goals;
Ensure plans comply with local regulations, sustainability standards and long-term growth needs.
Required Competencies:
Master Planning Expertise 10+ years of experience in master planning and urban development;Leadership & Team Collaboration Proven ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams;
Strategic & Technical Skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Suite and 3D tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino);
Analytical Mindset Strong grasp of urban systems, planning policies and sustainable design;
Excellent Communicator Able to present ideas clearly and engage effectively with diverse audiences;
Vision-Driven A forward-thinking planner with a passion for shaping resilient and inspiring urban environments.
