Our client is a leading player in the renewable energy sector and is looking to hire a Sales Manager (Solar Industry) to join their team in the United Arab Emirates.

Driving License: Mandatory
Salary Range: AED 8,000 - 10,000 + Commissions
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong experience in distribution sales within the solar energy industry. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in selling solar panels, inverters, and energy storage products, with a strong network in B2B and channel/distribution sales.A valid UAE driving license is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and business development for solar products (panels, inverters, storage solutions)
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, resellers, and B2B clients
- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategy
- Ensure high levels of customer service and post-sales support
- Travel locally for meetings and site visits (fuel allowance provided)
- Proven experience in distribution sales of solar energy products
- Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, and storage solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid UAE driving license is a must
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
